Digital Foreman Suite is built privacy-first. This page explains, in plain language, exactly what happens to your data and the terms for using our tools. If anything here is unclear, email hello@digitalforemansuite.com.
Everything you enter into the Change Order Generator app — your business settings, logo, client and job details, line items, signatures, and your full change-order history — is stored only on your own device, in your browser's local storage. It is never transmitted to us or to any server, and there is no account, login, or cloud database. If you clear your browser data or uninstall the app, that information is gone, which is why the app includes a manual Backup/Restore feature you control.
Our website — the homepage, the Pro page, and the Change Order Generator app at digitalforemansuite.com — uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand basic usage, such as how many people visit or open the app and which pages they view. This analytics is cookieless and does not collect personally identifiable information or track you across other websites. In the app, it counts only that a page was opened (and, where your browser supports it, that the app was added to your home screen) — it never sees anything you type or create. Your business settings, logo, client and job details, line items, signatures, and change-order history always stay on your device, exactly as described in Section 1.
Pro upgrades are sold and processed by Gumroad, not by us. When you buy Pro, Gumroad handles your payment and email address and issues you a license key. We receive your email and license details only to deliver and support your purchase. We never see or store your full payment-card information. Gumroad's handling of your data is governed by Gumroad's Privacy Policy.
If you email us, or use the in-app "Report a Bug" button, your message and any details you choose to include are sent to us so we can help you. We use that information only to respond to and improve the product.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not require an account to use the free app.
The Change Order Generator and related tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work hard to make the tools reliable, we can't guarantee they will be error-free or available at all times.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use any documents you create. Calculations (markup, tax, totals) are provided for convenience — please review them before relying on them. For questions about contracts, payment, liens, or the legal effect of a change order, consult a qualified attorney or professional in your area.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Foreman Suite and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or business, arising from your use of the tools.
